Wenceslas

Slavic - A duke or king of Bohemia. A saint. He was murdered by his brother, Boleslav, and later sanctified, becoming the patron saint of Czechoslovakia and brewers. His feast is celebrated on September 28th. He is said to be sleeping with his knights under a mountain, awaiting a call to save his country. In some accounts, known as Wenceslas, Wenceslaus, Wenceslaus, Wenzel, Wenzel, Stoymir or Stoymir.
