Buddhist - A Tibetan earth-goddess. Consort of sPyan-ras-gzigs. This rock giantess and sPyan-ras-gzigs are regarded as the progenitors of all living things. In some accounts, this is the Tibetan name for the goddess Tara or the Buddha's mother, Maya.
