Pradyumna

Hindu - A love-god. A reincarnation of Kama. Son of Krishna and Rukmini. Husband of Rati. Father of Aniruddha. Shambhara stole the infant where he was swallowed by a fish. Mayadevi found the child when she prepared the fish for a meal and reared him, falling in love with him when he reached manhood. Pradyumna killed Shambhara and married Mayadevi as Rati. He later came to be regarded as an incarnation of Vishnu.
