Pandareus

Greek - King of Miletus. Son of Merops and Clymene. Husband of Hermothoe. Father of Aedon, Clothera and Merope. He stole Rhea's golden mastiff made by Hephaestus and refused to give it back, giving it to Tantalus for safekeeping. Zeus killed him and his wife and his daughters were carried off by the Harpies and sold to the Furies. Also identified as Pandareus, Pandareos, Pandareos, Pandareus, Pandareus or Pandareus.
Greek - Son of Hermes by Merope. In some accounts, he is the same as Pandareus, king of Miletus. In some references, known as Pandareus, Pandareos, Pandareos, Pandareus, Pandareus or Pandareus.
