Myrrha

Greek - Daughter of Cinyras. Mother of Adonis by her own. Father. She was changed into a myrtle tree by Apollo to save her from her father's sword. The infant Adonis was delivered from the tree by a boar's tusk. In some stories, Myrrha is Smryna, in others her father is Belus or Theias. On occassion, identified as Myrrha, Smyrna, Smyrna, Myrrha, Myrrha, Zmyrna, Zmyrna, Myrrha, Myrrha, Zmyrne, Zmyrne, Myrrha or Myrrha.
