Clotho spins the web of life, Lachesis measures it and Atropos cuts it with her shears. Some say that they invented the alphabet. In the battle between the gods and the giants, they killed Agrius and Thoas. On occassion, known as Moirae, Cataclothes, Cataclothes, Fates, Fates, Norns, Parcae, Moerae, Moerae, Moirai, Moirai, Norse Norns, Norse Norns, Roman Parcae, Roman Parcae or Befind.
