Macnia

Irish - A king of Munster. Both he and Conaing were deposed by Eoghan Mor and went to the highking for help. Conn gave him one of his daughters as a wife and forces with which to fight Eoghan. When they met the usurper in battle, Eoghan was defeated and fled to Spain. He later returned at the head of a Spanish army and Macnia submitted to his rule. Also commonly referred to as Macnia.
