Launceor

British - A knight of King Arthur's court. Son of the king of Ireland. He was present at the court when Balin drew the sword brought by Colombe and sent by Lyle, Lady of Avalon, and was jealous. He rode after Balin when he left, hoping to avenge the death of the Lady of the Lake, and challenged Balin who killed him in single combat. In some references, known as Launceor, Lanceor or Lanceor.
