Labdacus

Greek - A king of Thebes. Son of Polydorus and Nycteis. Father of Laius. After taking over the throne of Thebes, he fought a war against Athens and lost. He died soon after and Lycus ruled as regent for the infant Laius. In some references, known as Labdacus, Labdakos or Labdakos.
