Greek - A sun-god. A Titan. Son of Uranus and Gaea. Husband of Thea. Father of Eos, Helios and Selene. His role as sun-god was later assumed by Helios and then by Apollo. Sometimes known as Hyperion, Huperion, Huperion or Hyperion.
