Hupasiyas

Mesopotamian - A mortal who became a lover of the goddess Inaras. He helped her trap the dragon Illuyankas by feeding it so much food that it became stuck in the entrance to its lair. They bound the dragon and its brood so that the weather-god Taru could kill them. She built him a house and told him that he must never look out in case he should see his wife and family. The goddess killed him when he disobeyed and wanted to return home. Also commonly called Hupasiyas.
