Flann Aidhne

Irish - A chief poet. He was once given a bullock to feed himself and his starving companions by a giant who demanded compensation. Flann recited a poem which satisifed the giant who called himself Fiodhbhadhach but was really Angus Og. In some accounts, identified as Flann Aidhne, Flann mac Lonain or Flann mac Lonain.
