Finnian

Irish - A saint. When Mughain, who had been punished by god with barrenness, appealed to him for help, Finnian gave her holy water to drink and she produced first a lamb and then a fish. He then blessed Mughain herself and she bore Aedh Slaine. He was told the history of Ireland by Tuan mac Carell. Also known as Finnian, Finnen, Finnen, Finnian of Moville or Finnian of Moville.
