Feidhlimidh mac Criomhthann

Irish - A warrior-king of Munster. Bishop of Cashel. In some versions, he is regarded as a saint. He once took shelter with the satirist, Gul, whose daughter Sadhbh tricked him out of his clothes and his horse. In revenge, he sent Dunnoir to seduce her. He quarrelled with the high-king Niall Caille and was defeated by him at the Battle of Carman. Sometimes identified as Feidhlimidh mac Criomhthann, Fedlimid, Fedlimid, Feidhlimidh, Feidhlimidh, Feidhlimidh Cam O Baoill, Felim mac Dall, Feidhlimidh or Felim.
