Chuan Hsü

Chinese - One of the Five Emperors. Father of Chung and Li. The world was in a chaotic state when he came to the throne as the second of the Five Emperors and he set about putting matters right, giving Chung authority over the celestial realm and Li over mortals. In some accounts he is equated with Shun, the fifth emperor, while in others Chung and Li are his grandsons. On occassion, called Chuan Hsü.
