Bleoberis de Ganis

British - A Knight of the Round Table. A duke of Poitiers. Son of Lancelot, some say. Brother of Blamor. He and his brother accused King Anguish of killing a relative. Tristram repaid the king's earlier kindness by taking up his defence, and defeated Blamor in single combat but spared his life and they became friends. After the death of Arthur he joined Lancelot, Bedivere and other knights in a hermitage. When Lancelot died, Bleoberis and Blamor went off to the Holy Land and fought the Turks. Sometimes referred to as Bleoberis de Ganis, Beleobus, Beleobus or Bleoberis.
