Japanese - A Shinto (later Buddhist) god, the personification of love. He is depicted seated, with two, four or six arms and sometimes two heads. He often wears a lion's mask on his head and carries a fivepointed thunderbolt. In some references, called Aizen-myoo, Aizen Myo-o, Aizen Myo-o, (Raga) Vidyaraja or (Raga) Vidyaraja.
